Job Title: Account Manager
Job Description:
Account Managers work directly with Account Executives to provide high quality, extraordinary sales service to large accounts. Account Managers are responsible for maintaining relationships with current clients, providing a consultative approach to advertisers to help them improve campaign performance, analyzing data and understanding client metrics in order to make recommendations for campaign direction, upselling current clients and increasing overall revenue for their territory. Client contact is via telephone and email with some meetings in person as well. Responsibilities: ·Increasing revenue for territory ·Working with Account Executives to address client needs and wants ·Upselling current clients through a consultative approach ·Analyzing advertiser campaigns and recommending solutions to improve performance. ·Maintaining a high client satisfaction rating ·Supporting Sales Department and Overture Corporate programs and initiatives.
