Job Title: Office Manager
Job Description:
Corinthian Colleges, Inc., a publicly traded corporation (NASDAQ: COCO) with 66 campuses in 21 states, serving over 40,000 students nationwide, has an immediate opening for a highly motivated, results-oriented individual to join our corporate staff as an Office Manager at our Orange County, CA headquarters. Job Responsibilities Ongoing facilities cost review - budget Maintain facility budgets for areas under direct responsibility Supervise new security system and update as necessary Communicate and negotiate with outside vendor services Comprehend and implement security system Coordinate office/building repair with property management Coordinate with property management and staff volunteers for emergency evacuation of office Implement office moves/new hires/changes Provide 24/7 facility emergency coverage with property management and key personnel Supervise staff that includes a travel department, mailroom, receptionists and general office assistant Coordinate all office needs with multiple vendors and suppliers Primary contact with property management for all facility needs/repairs Overall responsibility for travel services and meeting planning Only candidates considered qualified will be contacted. Requirements -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Education, licenses: Bachelors Degree Preferred Experience, training: 5+ years of experience as an Office Manager 5+ years of experience managing staff Familiar with WIN phone system and basic voice mail systems Excellent time management, planning, organization, problem-solving, and negotiation skills Analytical skills Strong Customer Service skills with strong follow up, sense of urgency, detail oriented and ability to multi-task Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work with deadlines and establish timeliness with all levels of internal staff and outside vendors Computer literacy in Excel, Word and Access. MSProject a plus A Pro-active, Self-starter, who works quickly and accurately
